Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will process a full refund or replacement.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
